We empower diverse communities through education, training, and workforce development in health and long-term care. We advocate for seniors, collaborate with community partners, and create innovative solutions that address essential needs like nutrition, transportation, and housing.

Our Health and Long-Term Care Outreach Ambassadors provide a holistic approach to health and wellness, that promotes independence and reduces isolation among the older underserved members of our community, of all faiths.
Our ambassadors are a vital component of all AMSS programs, providing many services that benefit both the older and younger members of Montgomery County at large. They are the driving force behind the AMSS programs.

Our Stakeholders represent the county’s premier Health and Long-Term Care public and private organizations. They are issue experts. They provide AMSS with technical support, and guidance and often are the trainers of our Ambassadors.
