The American Muslim Senior Society (AMSS) is proud to launch its Geriatric Nursing Assistant
(GNA) Training & Employment Program in partnership with WorkSource Montgomery!
Since 2019, this initiative has successfully trained and employed over 225 CNAs, GNAs, and
CMTs—creating real pathways to careers in healthcare.
Through this program, participants receive hands-on training, essential skills, and support
needed to begin their journey as Geriatric Nursing Assistants.
We’re excited to welcome a new cohort of trainees and continue building opportunities for
meaningful employment, economic stability, and compassionate, culturally competent care in
our communities.
